Bank CEO / President

One Continental Bancorp, Inc. is seeking an experienced banking executive to help lead the organization of a proposed Denver-based de novo bank.

Employment Status

$250,000 – $450,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, regulatory-stage responsibilities, and final role scope.

Founding Board Director / Organizer

One Continental Bancorp, Inc. is seeking qualified founding board candidates and organizers with banking, finance, compliance, audit, legal, technology, cybersecurity, real estate, hospitality, investment, or community leadership experience.

Compensation / Participation

One Continental is seeking a senior credit leader with commercial lending, underwriting, loan policy, portfolio management, CRE lending, hospitality finance, and credit administration experience.
